TRT-SRT Scraps Recycle System Counter-Grinder

System used to crumble and convey the dough scraps made by the forming machines to the kneading unit by means of a rotating blowing machine which is connected to the cyclone through a hose and separates the air form the scraps and conveys the scraps into the kneader.

• Crumbling rotating-blowing machine made of stainless steel, with self-braking motor with release lever and safety switch.
• Frame with vibration-damping feet
• Openable front door to ease cleaning, equipped with a waterproof magnetic sensor
