MD-S Single/double sheet ravioli machine

Machine suitable for producing single and double sheet ravioli.

Thanks to a quick and simple mold replacement system, it is possible to switch from one shape to another in a very short time.

The filling loading, which can be performed both with a lobe pump and with an interchangeable cup system, makes the machine ideal for producing both large and small batches.

It is possible to modify all the operating parameters during production.

• Sheet width: 250 – 300 – 540mm
• Sheet thickness 0,4 to 2mm
• Hourly production: 300 to 800kg/h depending on the format.
