GNF Gnocchi machine
Automatic machine enabling to producing both smooth and grooved gnocchi, completely made in stainless steel AISI 304, simple to clean, comprising:
- a lobe pump for injecting the gnocchi dough inside the gnocchi machine.
- automatic pulverizing system
- control panel to manage all functions
The length of gnocchi can be adjusted through an independent valve; the production speed can be adjusted through an inverter.
