ThIS Batch Mixer is suitable for kneading and feeding gnocchi machines and automatic sheeters with a maximum unload height of 1700 mm from the ground.

• The stainless steel tank is available in two versions with a capacity of 80kg or 120kg of dough respectively.
• The 120 kg capacity tank can be divided into two parts, in order to produce doughs of different colors.
