RA540/S1 Ravioli/cappelletti machine

The ravioli and cappelletti maker mod. RA 540/S1 is suitable for the industrial production of ravioli, cappelletti, sachets, giant tortelloni, etc., in different pasta shapes, sizes and thicknesses (even icing puff pastry).

The machine, built on a round tubular structure entirely in stainless steel, can be completely washed and sanitized. it includes:

• Filling unit built on a removable trolley
• Scrap-cutting unit also positioned on a removable trolley
