RA-M Ravioli/Cappelletti Machine

Machine available in different versions with a 250, 300 or 450 mm dough sheet width. Its molds can be easily replaced to allow producing even small batches of saccottini, cappelletti, tortelloni and single-sheet ravioli.

Any kind of stuffing can be fed into the products by means of a filling injection system consisting of metal bars. The feeding is continuous and adjustable as well as the dough sheet thickness.

The machine is equipped with:
