AV-MT Dough Sheet Roller Winder

Automatic dough sheet roller winder, designed to work in conjunction with automatic sheeters.

Entirely made of stainless steel and equipped with modular belt in food-grade plastic
assembled on wheels for easy positioning within the production area.
The belt is operated by a gearmotor controlled by an inverter and whose speed is easily adjustable via a potentiometer
complete with adjustable photocells for controlling the diameter of the roller produced
all wired inside the electrical panel mounted on the machine side.
